Assuring efficient management, technical know-how, and good client interactions, Jake provides to the company a valuable blend of management, mechanical, and customer service talents. He was raised in Midland Area and decided to pursue a career in the mechanical trade at the age of 10 after watching the movie "Fast & Furious." His remarkable journey within the mechanical trade is a noteworthy professional accomplishment that makes him proud. He began with a pre-apprenticeship and worked his way up to the position of workshop manager, demonstrating his development and commitment to the field.

TRACE CAWTHORNE

Technician

Trace brings to the company a strong work ethic and a sense of efficiency even if he is still learning about the trade. He will reliably and successfully perform duties, so you can rely on him. Trace didn't always have a great affinity for vehicles growing up in Vietnam. However, his love for vehicles really took off after he moved to Australia in his teenage years. From that moment on, his fascination for vehicles—old cars, supercars, or street cars—grew steadily.

Trace takes satisfaction in his ability to perform more challenging duties in the mechanical trade when it comes to professional success. He is confident that he can do bigger jobs like gearbox jobs, clutch jobs, and repair jobs that aren't servicing.

DYLAN SNEDDON

Technician

Dylan is passionate about diagnostic tasks. In addition to expressing a strong interest in always learning and acquiring new abilities within the industry, he also enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting and problem-solving. He expresses his gratitude for the encouraging workplace environment and the high levels of morale among their coworkers. He also emphasizes the beneficial opportunities for gaining new knowledge and skills that are offered.

EMILY SMITH

Emily is now working on learning new skills, demonstrating a growth attitude and a desire to always learn and build talents that are pertinent to the business. Emily views her youth in Belmont, where she spent her formative years, as joyful. She initially intended to work as a bartender but had to wait until she was 18 to go along that road. She gradually became interested in vehicles and made the decision to give it a try. Eventually, she found that she had a real passion for fixing them.

Although Emily has not yet received any recognition or awards from the mechanical sector, she proudly states that she has earned a Certificate II in Automotive Vehicles from TAFE, demonstrating her dedication to continuing her education and developing professionally in the field.
